Frisco, Colorado – Copper Mountain Resort, located 75 miles west of Denver.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly rate: $18.50 – $20.40+, adjusted based on experience.
- Commission earned in addition to base wage; paid within 30 days after sales consumption.
- Season pass for employees and their dependents.

Central Reservations Agent – seasonal role in the summer season. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound reservations for lodging, tours, and other resort services, providing world‑class customer service, and contributing to sales growth. Training will supply a solid knowledge base of Copper Mountain’s products and systems. Successful performance may lead to a year‑round position.
Responsibilities- Conduct inbound calls for free independent travelers, group reservations, and wholesalers.
- Maintain an advanced knowledge of resort inventory, products, and systems.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Offer package components on every opportunity and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Perform outbound calls to existing clients for incremental sales.
- Provide world‑class service and deep understanding of lodging inventory and sales techniques.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests.
- Represent Copper Mountain’s culture, professionalism, and guest‑centric values.
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and transfer tasks as required.
- Excellent communication, customer‑service, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Visual One (V1), Resort Technologies Partners (RTPONE), Inntopia).
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
- Previous sales or call‑center experience is helpful.
- College degree preferred; bilingual an advantage.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50lb.
- Valid driver’s license not required for this role.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Visual One, RTPONE, and Inntopia software.
- Guest‑services and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Experience with general office equipment.
