Sales & Showroom Coordinator

Creative Floors is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to support our design consultants and anchor our showroom operations. We are looking for a long-term partner who wants to plant roots, grow with our company, and directly impact our success.

What You Will Do
  • Sales Support & Client Relations

    Pipeline Management:
    Prepare bids/proposals for Design Consultants, follow up on outstanding quotes to help close sales, and process client billing.

    Client

    Experience:

    Greet showroom guests and manage appointments (showroom, job sites, and vendor sessions).

    Communication:
    Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and assist with shading architectural plans.

  • Showroom & Sample Coordination

    Sample Logistics:
    Order, track, and inventory client/showroom samples. Coordinate sample deliveries to clients and in-store sample returns.

    Merchandising:
    Maintain display walls, manage discontinued items, and lead semi-annual showroom refreshes.

    Event Support:
    Coordinate client photoshoots and help plan showroom events.

  • Office Operations

    Administrative Tasks:
    Manage incoming mail, deposit checks, handle confidential documents, and order supplies.

    Showroom Upkeep:
    Keep the showroom organized and run occasional local errands (sample drop-offs/pickups).

  • Requirements: High school diploma and a valid Colorado driver’s license.
  • Compensation & Schedule
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (40–45 hours/week)
  • Annual Base Salary: $60,000 + quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Monthly Gross Pay: $5,000.
  • Hourly Equivalent: $28.85 / hour (Based on a standard 40‑hour week).
