You do not need previous auction experience. You do not need a sales background. If you know construction equipment, enjoy meeting new people, build relationships naturally, and are excited by the idea of growing a territory, we'll teach you the rest.

This is not a desk job.

• Meet contractors, business owners, equipment dealers, lenders, attorneys, and industry professionals throughout Colorado
• Develop new seller relationships through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person visits
• Become a trusted resource for customers who need advice on equipment values and sale strategies
• Identify auction opportunities and help sellers understand how the auction process works
• Build a territory that grows year after year

• Guide sellers through the entire auction process from first conversation through final settlement
• Visit equipment and job sites to evaluate assets and discuss selling options
• Prepare and negotiate auction agreements
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience that creates repeat business and referrals

• Work alongside marketing, operations, and administrative teams to prepare auctions for success
• Assist with asset inspections, photography, and equipment information gathering
• Support both online and live auction events
• See your hard work come together as equipment sells and customers achieve their goals

• Have experience around construction equipment, heavy equipment, trucking, or related industries
• Love talking with people and can build trust quickly
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Enjoy being on the road and meeting customers face-to-face
• Like solving problems and helping people make important decisions
• Are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Can learn new technology and use our home-grown tools effectively

• Equipment, construction, oil & gas, or trucking industry experience
• Existing relationships within the Colorado construction market
• Previous experience in business development, customer service, account management, estimating, operations, or sales
