Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our client’s real estate firm. This role will involve generating new business through proactive sales strategies and creating impactful marketing campaigns to promote property listings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, managing social media and digital marketing efforts, and tracking market trends.

You will collaborate with both the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and brand awareness.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for property listings, including digital and print media.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms and website.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and real estate platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Hybrid (Ikeja)

200-250k monthly gross,10% Commission,Pension,HMO,13th Month.
