Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value sales opportunities within large enterprises, building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  
  Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts, generate leads, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy:
  
  Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the needs of enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Client Engagement:
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and other decision-makers to understand their business needs and position solutions effectively.
• Product Knowledge & Presentations:
  
  Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing:
  
  Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close complex, high-value sales opportunities within the enterprise sector.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support ongoing business development efforts.
• Market Intelligence:
  
  Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and threats.
• Sales Reporting:
  
  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Customer Retention:
  
  Assist in the development of strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure continued satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in banking,telecoms or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close large-scale deals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, particularly with C-suite executives.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales enablement tools.
• Ability to handle complex sales cycles and high-pressure environments.

• Experience in the Tech/Fintech Industry .
• Previous experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data-driven insights.
