Omni Tax Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. This is a full-time, in-person role with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, aiming to reward performance.
Training will be provided to help you excel on the phone, qualify prospects, and close deals. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, meet monthly sales goals, overcome objections, and document every interaction in CTI and Salesforce.
