Expo ​/ Events Representative

We’re an online endurance‑coaching company headquartered in Boulder, CO, with coaches and athletes worldwide. Our mission is simple: change lives through the process of training for endurance events. Join our friendly, high‑energy team that lives and breathes the endurance community.

• Set up & tear down Boundless tents, tables and product displays at expos, races and community events.
• Run the booth: greet athletes, demo products, answer training questions and hit on‑site sales goals.
• Keep hydration stations, sample coolers and aid‑station supplies topped up.
• Lead Boundless‑themed contests or challenges when scheduled.
• Track sales on the iPad POS and turn in accurate, same‑day financials.
• Hand out swag, flyers and QR codes to grow our email + social community.
• Protect inventory and branded gear; leave every venue cleaner than you found it.
• Build positive relationships with race directors, vendors and venue staff.

• Outgoing, approachable personality and serious energy—athletes should feel your stoke!
• Weekend availability (minimum two events per month, March–October).
• Able to lift and carry 40 lbs and stand 6‑8 hours outdoors.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to regional events (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable using mobile POS / iPad apps and basic spreadsheets.
• 18+ years old and authorised to work in the U.S.

• Prior expo / event‑marketing or retail sales experience.
• Personal experience in running, cycling or triathlon.
• First Aid / CPR certification.

Bonuses: +$50 for hitting on‑site sales goal; +$100 for $1,500+ sales.

Tier bump:
After 4 events in 2025 and 3 straight sales‑goal wins.
