Sales Associate

KRUEGER, a leading manufacturer of commercial HVAC air distribution products in Irving, TX, is hiring a Sales Associate. In this role, you will support customers, reps, and distributors by providing product information, preparing quotes, and processing orders for diffusers, grilles, registers, and terminal units. You'll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to confirm specifications, lead times, and pricing, ensuring accurate, on time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, and reps
• Provide product information on diffusers, grilles, registers, and terminal units
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and change requests accurately
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to confirm specifications and lead times
• Use CRM/ERP systems to manage opportunities and track orders
• Support inside and outside sales with pricing, proposals, and follow up
• Resolve customer issues related to product, delivery, and documentation
• Maintain knowledge of KRUEGER product lines and HVAC applications
• Assist in forecasting, pipeline updates, and sales reporting
• Contribute feedback to improve customer service and sales processes
