The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one main objective: creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually looking for passionate beauty lovers who want to help our customers through their beauty experience. Whether you help with choosing hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails, we want you to be the advisor of this experience for our customers. For this, knowledge and training are needed, which Sally Beauty will do everything to provide you.

Your role at Sally Beauty:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Install advertising displays and organize merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed and enrolled in our loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional environment in the store and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty culture values.
• We offer different schedules and work hours that adapt to everyone’s needs.
