Director, Sales Operations

Semrush Inc., a global SaaS leader in online visibility and content marketing, is seeking a Director, Sales Operations to drive scalable revenue growth. In this role, you will own global sales operations strategy, enabling high-performing sales teams with data, process excellence, and best-in-class tooling. You will lead forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory and quota design, and CRM governance while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

This is a high-impact leadership role in a data-driven, innovative, and collaborative culture that values experimentation, transparency, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own global sales operations strategy, planning, and execution to support revenue growth
• Design and optimize end-to-end sales processes, tooling, and GTM workflows
• Lead forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting for leadership
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on territory design and quota setting
• Drive CRM governance, data quality, and technology stack optimization
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor productivity and deal velocity
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales operations team
• Support annual and quarterly planning, including headcount and capacity models
• Identify and execute process improvements using experimentation and data
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales operations with product and customer strategy
