Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is seeking an experienced Natural Resources Specialist to support the Water Quality Division. You will conduct complex technical reviews of CAFO, sludge, and land-application authorizations and provide technical support on agronomy and soil science issues.
You will review permit applications, analyze data on wastewater impacts, and prepare evaluations with calculations for agronomic rates and water balance.
