Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full‑Time Overnight Armed Security Officer in Dillon, CO. This position is ideal for an experienced armed security officer who performs well in low‑traffic, high‑responsibility environments and can maintain strong situational awareness throughout a 12‑hour overnight shift. Officers in this role support public safety and provide consistent reporting during night operations.
Armed Security Officer Responsibilities- Monitor and screen vehicles approaching the site during overnight hours
- Accurately document and report all redirected vehicles
- Maintain vigilance in a low‑light, low‑activity environment
- Follow post orders, site protocols, and safety procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of armed security experience
- Ability to lawfully possess and carry a firearm in compliance with federal, state, and site regulations
- Strong observation and reporting skills
Ability to maintain alertness and professionalism through extended overnight shifts
