As a Security Officer - Cleared Driving Patrol in Broomfield, CO
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, controlled areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with location protocols, and report discrepancies or suspicious behavior.
- Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and maintaining accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and/or security-related activities.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid are preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
