Supervise Corrections Officers and inmates/residents on the shift to ensure security and order;
Inspect housing and general use areas to ensure compliance with security, health, safety, sanitation and welfare guidelines;
Oversee internal and external security preparations and post inspections to maintain constant security posture;
Provide leadership and guidance to staff to uphold facility policies and procedures
