Cleared Security Officer - Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and dispatch activities;
Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information to on-site personnel, and document security-related activity in a clear and timely manner;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and communicate updates with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter when assigned, while maintaining awareness of restricted areas, access activity, and other conditions that could require a security-related response;
Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support continuity of operations within a dynamic aero and defense location
