• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages (vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc).
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders/training checklists, and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice and during high-need periods.
• Patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicles; check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances/exits, and unauthorized persons.
• Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.

CPR, AED, and First aid certifications are a plus but not required for every site.

• Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly.
• Occasionally reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, including climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
