In this role, you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to security-related activity, document critical information, and support personnel across the site with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $26.80 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Sat  07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and dispatch activities.
• Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information to on‑site personnel, and document security-related activity in a clear and timely manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and communicate updates with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter when assigned, while maintaining awareness of restricted areas, access activity, and other conditions that could require a security-related response.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support continuity of operations within a dynamic aero and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
