The Geo Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain continuous state of alertness and awareness to control and secure the facility and residents;
Ensure radios, flashlights, and keys are operational prior to relieving the watch;
Prepare shift documentation including shift reports and security logs;
Conduct building patrols and monitor residents and facility safety;
Perform counts, urinalysis tests, searches, and other security-related activities as required;
Welcome visitors and verify identity while maintaining professionalism
