Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Casino Security Manager to join our team. As a leading luxury hotel and resort company, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional service and a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jamaica.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the casino, in line with company standards and local regulations.

Oversee the daily operations of the casino security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Monitor and review surveillance footage to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company assets.

Collaborate with other departments, such as surveillance, human resources, and finance, to maintain a cohesive security strategy.

Investigate incidents and maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents, including theft, fraud, and accidents.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations and health and safety standards.

Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies and other security professionals in the industry.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in casino security, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Manage the budget for the security department, including purchasing and maintaining necessary equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and security protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in security technology, such as surveillance systems and access control systems.
Experience in conducting investigations and writing detailed reports.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
