As a Security Officer Visitor Control in Henderson, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

Job Schedule:
- Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and help control entry and exit of vehicles and personnel.
- Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
- Support the orderly movement of deliveries, trailers, and personnel by following established traffic, check-in, and access procedures.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
