Master Electrician

Location: Florence, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time (4 days, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
Reports To: Company Operations Manager
Hourly Range: $28 - $32 per hour

The Electrician – Senior Level (Master) is an expert professional responsible for leading electrical installations and ensuring quality control for modular homes at Mytikas Steel’s production facility. This role involves training and mentoring junior electricians, overseeing complex electrical projects, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry regulations. The Master Electrician operates with limited supervision and plays a key leadership role in the electrical team.

• Lead electrical installations, including complex wiring systems, outlets, and fixtures, for modular homes.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure electrical systems meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Train and mentor Entry- and Mid-Level Electricians, providing guidance on techniques, safety, and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced electrical issues, ensuring system reliability and safety.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes (e.g., NEC), safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Read and interpret advanced blueprints and schematics to guide electrical projects.
• Collaborate with production teams to align electrical work with project goals and schedules.
• Lead process improvements to enhance electrical system efficiency and safety.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced training or degree in electrical systems or related fields preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
