Traveling Fiber Regen Technician – Field Telecom

This is a traveling position. ATS is rapidly expanding into a full‑service industrial construction, telecom and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high‑quality projects across multiple industries and sectors. We are currently seeking a Fiber Regen Construction Technician to support our Telecom crews both in the field and from the office. • Data Center or Fiber Regen experience preferred.
• Install devices and cabling into empty server racks using copper, power, fiber and other connection types with limited supervision.
• Patch in fiber and copper cables from patch panels to network racks with limited supervision.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work on ladders and use power tools, ability to lift / carry/ set up a 50 pound box or ladder.
• Problem‑solving skills and adaptability.

• Able to work 2nd/3rd shift, overtime, and under pressure.
• Must pass a preemployment drug test.
