Entry Level Oil & Gas Floor Hands - Up to $26/hr in Milliken, CO

Ranger Energy Services is seeking Floor Hands to join their team in Milliken, Colorado. These individuals will perform essential tasks on well servicing rigs, working under the supervision of experienced operators. The role offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment and is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in the oil & gas industry.

• Wage: $22 - $26 per hour

• 6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations
• Valid state issued driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain one
• Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment
• Competent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings

• Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred
• 6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred
