• 6 months of rig experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain CDL
• Ability to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of rig tools and equipment (tongs, slips, elevators)
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings
• Willingness to work flexible schedules

• Knowledge of BOP, pump, and tank operations
• Familiarity with safety procedures like JSA and DWP
• Ability to identify hazards and maintain safe work practices
• Willingness to learn and grow under supervision of experienced operators
