We are currently hiring Splicing & Aerial Construction Technicians for ongoing fiber network expansion projects across Colorado. Technicians will be responsible for aerial fiber construction, cable placement, fiber splicing, maintenance, and network activation work. We are hiring both experienced telecom professionals and motivated entry‑level candidates looking to start a career in the fiber industry.
Paid Training Program AvailableNo prior fiber splicing or aerial construction experience? We provide training for motivated individuals ready to learn the trade.
Training Benefits- Hands‑on aerial construction and fiber splicing training
- Field mentorship and onboarding support
- Long‑term project opportunities
- $400 bonus paid 1 week after successful training completion
- Perform aerial fiber cable placement and construction work
- Splice fiber optic cables and prepare splice enclosures
- Install, route, and secure aerial telecom infrastructure
- Read and interpret fiber network maps and construction prints
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and signal verification
- Operate bucket trucks, ladders, and aerial equipment when required
- Perform maintenance and repair of aerial fiber networks
- Experienced Technicians
- Previous experience in fiber splicing, aerial construction, or telecom infrastructure work preferred
- Experience with aerial cable placement and fiber testing
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Entry‑Level Candidates
- Willingness to learn and complete training program
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- General Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry telecom equipment and materials
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- 1099 contract, commission based, pay based on experience and production
- Consistent workload available
