Location: Silverthorne
Dozer Operators - 6-Day Work Week - $250 Per Diem
- Up to $35/hr

Phillips, Inc. is hiring Finish Dozer Operators to join their mining team near Denver, Colorado. Operators will perform finish work in various soil conditions, conduct equipment inspections, and ensure safe, efficient operations. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to safety and quality work.
Perks & Benefits- Wages: $25 - $35 per hour
- $250 daily per diem
- 6-day work week, 12-hour shifts

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience operating finish dozer in the construction industry
- Experience with Trimble GPS
- Ability to read and understand stake grades and plans
- Ability to communicate effectively with ground personnel and supervision
- Completion and clearance of a pre-employment physical examination
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions and on slopes
- Knowledge of cut/fill operations and routine equipment maintenance
- MSHA Part 48 training preferred
