• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex electrical challenges.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for everyone.
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to apprentices and less experienced team members, fostering their growth.
• Document all work performed accurately and maintain organized records for future reference.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
