Maintenance Technician - Sacramento, CA

At Wasatch Property Management, Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in the success of each community by ensuring the technical integrity of apartment units and common areas.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and to rotate on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.

The pay range for this position is $19.40 - $26.24 USD per hour depending on experience, with quarterly bonus potential.
