Job Description
You will perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong technical maintenance skills along with a willingness to learn the unique aspects of our property, contributing to exceptional experiences for our owners, guests, and colleagues.

- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating, electrical, gas, air, and other systems
- Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations
- Perform pool and spa maintenance
- Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner
- Relevant experience in building maintenance required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable
- Hands‑on experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, and pool/spa maintenance preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders as required
Visa Requirements:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
