Compensation: $35.00-$48.00 per hour. Hourly rate plus premium for overtime, progressive scale incentive plan based on production. The position is also eligible for an on-call bonus.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in ag equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent workflow planning and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills

Preferred: 5+ years of experience performing service repairs

The Role:

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, primarily outside the dealership with flexible hours. After-hours and on-call support is required.
• As a Field Service Technician, you will:
• Review your schedule and travel to on-site jobs in a fully equipped service vehicle
• Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors and combines
• Provide clear communication and outstanding customer service
• Perform preventive maintenance and utilize advanced diagnostic tools
• Keep detailed work records and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly mobile workspace
• Offer after-hours support as needed to keep customers running
