Job Summary:

• Meet with customers to discuss and implement their projects.
• 85%+ of work is presold, so you're doing WORK and not PAPERWORK.

Job Requirements:

• Effective problem-solving for homeowners and exceeding expectations
• Collaboration with other highly skilled craftsmen
• Attention to detail
• Good organization and effective communication
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must have personal, reliable transportation
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have your own tools
• Must comply with all policies
