The PositionIn the context of the development of our entity Isolba, we are recruiting on a permanent basis a Facade Painter H/F in SAINT-OUEN (41). You will work on public and private projects, with trips in the neighboring department (41).
Your missions:
- Preparation of the site
- Secure and install equipment (fixed or rolling scaffolding, window, floor protections, etc.)
- Clean and treat supports (stripping, moss removal, high pressure washing, filling of cracks)
- Preparation and application of materials
- Prepare mortars, renders, or paints (mixing by machine or manually)
- Apply renders (thin film, semi-thick, thick) and finishing paints on various supports
- Perform waterproofing of facades and ensure the water tightness of horizontal surfaces
- Finishing and aesthetic details
- Smooth and stippling the renders to obtain a homogeneous surface, respect the drying times and aesthetic qualities
- Place decorative elements (profiles, brackets, frames)
- Maintenance and cleaning
- Store and clean tools (projection machines, rollers, brushes), sort waste (renders, paints)
- Dismantle protections and scaffolding in a safe manner
- Full-time – Permanent contract
- Work from Monday to Friday

It may involve various projects, mainly in renovation on maintenance contracts but also on new construction and non-maintenance projects.
Your ProfileHolder of a CAP or BP in building painting, you have significant experience in the field.
You are a dynamic, autonomous person and you know how to work in a team. You want to confirm your skills in a small structure and you know the value of work and finishing.
You are ideally in possession of a B permit.
Trips are mainly planned in department 41 and occasionally outside the department.
