Work Schedule:
Full Time, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
Shift: Weekend Days.
Pay: $23.49 - $30.53 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
This is an onsite role; no hybrid or remote option is available.
SummaryInspects, operates, and maintains physical facilities, equipment, systems, and utilities.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure a safe environment of care, accurately recording and reporting work performed.
- Access roof areas, basements, equipment rooms, tunnels, crawl spaces, and other minimally accessible areas daily; maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and facilities. Work with contractors; read and interpret blueprints and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Perform general industrial maintenance including fabrication, installation, and inspections of equipment and devices, some specific to the healthcare environment. May include service or repair work on plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, motors, pumps, electrical systems, pneumatic tubes, lighting, flooring, window coverings, walls, and other systems.
- Conduct periodic inspections of buildings and recommend necessary repairs, installations, etc. Adhere to trade practices and codes.
- Within job scope, apply critical thinking skills, exercise decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to operate in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 years of experience in a related field.
