Position Summary

Chartered Mechanical is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Full‑Time Multifamily Residential Mechanical Foreman to support the installation, service, preventative maintenance, commissioning, and ongoing operation of HVAC and mechanical systems across Chartered's growing multifamily residential portfolio and active construction projects.

This individual will serve as the Company's senior mechanical technician, responsible for leading and performing complex HVAC and mechanical service, overseeing mechanical installations, supporting preventative maintenance programs, assisting with equipment replacements and system commissioning, and helping ensure the long‑term performance of mechanical systems throughout the Company's communities.
