Fairfield Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Rowlen Apartments (297 units) in Colorado. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, supervise contractors, and keep the property safe and well‑maintained.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, inspections, move‑ins/outs, and cooperating with residents and staff. On‑site role with weekend/evening hours and on‑call availability.
