Groupe Vallée is composed of 12 entities working in the trades of second œuvre, carpentry, energy renovation, and depollution, with more than 600 employees spread across our various sites.

In the context of the development of our entity Isolba, we are recruiting for a full-time Team Leader/Roofing Worker (H/F) in Saint-Ouen (41).

You will work on public and private construction sites, with travel within the neighboring department (41).

Your duties will include:

Preparation of the site:

• Analyze plans, instructions, and technical documents.
• Organize the supply of materials and tools.
• Prepare and secure the work area.

Team management:

• Lead a team of roofing workers (2 to 5 people).
• Distribute daily tasks according to skills and schedule.
• Train new arrivals on techniques and safety instructions.

Technical follow-up of the work:

• Supervise and participate in the installation of cladding, roofing, or metal structures.
• Ensure the conformity of the work with plans and current standards.
• Make adjustments, measurements, and finishings as necessary.

Safety guarantor:

• Enforce safety instructions (wearing PPE, working at heights, using machinery…).
• Daily follow-up of working conditions and report any risks.

Holder of a CAP/BEP in metal construction, roofing, or cladding, ideally completed by a Bac Pro or a BTS in Building/Metal Roofing.

Significant experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in cladding or the installation of metal structures, including at least 1 to 2 years in team management on site.

Knowledge of cladding techniques (steel, aluminum, sandwich panels, etc.) and associated standards.

You are punctual, reliable, with a team spirit and a taste for manual work. You hold a driver’s license.
