• Performing various commercial plumbing install related jobs on our commercial job sites
• Work alongside site foreman
• Ensure work areas are cleared of tools and debris during and after job completion
• Some experience doing this type of work is helpful but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person.

• Ability to complete assigned work according to specifications
• To ability to work independently and as part of a team
• To bend, stoop and lift 50 lbs.
• Mechanical abilities
• Must be able to work with and possess basic hand tools
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work as a team
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Ability to pass a drug screen/background check

• Able to read and understand equipment installation and operation manuals, specification and submittal sheets
• General understanding of safety practices and guidelines
• Basic understanding of installation and functions of plumbing systems
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions to improve understanding of plumbing systems
• Ability to assist mechanics with material handling, tool setup, and basic installation support
• Comfortable working in active construction environments, including confined spaces and variable conditions
• Eagerness to develop trade knowledge through hands on experience and mentorship
• Strong work ethic with a dependable, safety first mindset and a team oriented attitude
