Core Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician - BTR to complete maintenance and groundskeeping tasks across residential units and common areas. You will handle work orders, plumbing repairs, painting, drywall, and preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
The role demands physical work, on-call availability, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license is required, with a path to CPO within 3 months.
