Plumbline Services is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Construction industry Skilled Labor team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, interpreting blueprints, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality, safety-focused workmanship. Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drain, waste, and vent lines
  • Diagnose plumbing issues, identify root causes, and provide clear recommendations and estimates to customers
  • Install, service, and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, garbage disposals, and water heaters (tank and tankless)
  • Perform leak detection, pipe repairs, pipe replacements, and re-piping using copper, PEX, and PVC/CPVC materials
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Use hand tools, power tools, augers, drain cleaning machines, and basic testing equipment safely and effectively
  • Communicate professionally with customers, explaining work performed, options, pricing, and maintenance best practices
  • Complete work orders, job notes, and digital documentation accurately using mobile or tablet-based software
  • Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and field supervisors to manage daily schedule and job priorities
  • Participate in on-call rotations, emergency service work, and occasional overtime as needed to support customer demand
  • Maintain company vehicle, inventory, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and organized condition
  • Support apprentices and junior technicians through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing
