HVAC Service Manager

SWAN Loveland is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential heating, cooling, and plumbing service operations. You will supervise and mentor technicians, schedule and dispatch jobs, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold our safety and customer-first standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex HVAC issues, supporting estimates, handling escalated customer concerns, and ensuring code compliance. You'll coordinate training, monitor KPIs, manage parts and inventory, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC and plumbing service technicians
• Schedule, dispatch, and prioritize residential service calls
• Provide technical support and diagnose complex HVAC issues
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Coordinate technician training and support certifications
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements
• Oversee parts, tools, and inventory for service operations
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing and process improvements
• Support estimating, proposals, and maintenance agreements
