Construction Laborer / Concrete Repair Technician

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Concrete repair and restoration
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Concrete strengthening
• Formwork and carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Caulking and sealants
• Expansion joint installation
• Coating applications
• Carbon fiber installation
• General construction labor and site assistance
• Following jobsite safety procedures and company standards

• 1+ year of commercial construction experience preferred
• Experience in concrete work, landscaping, farming, or other outdoor labor environments is a plus
• Experience on larger construction sites preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Willingness to learn and develop new construction skills

• Must be willing to travel throughout Colorado and surrounding regions
• Travel assignments may last up to 3 weeks at a time
• Current project locations include:
• Denver
• Aspen
• Vail
• Telluride
• Crested Butte
• Cortez
• Must also be willing to travel to projects in Texas, including:
• Houston
• Dallas
• Galveston

• Company-paid lodging when working more than 70 miles from the shop
• Daily per diem:
• $45/day for most travel locations
• $50/day for resort-town locations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sedalia, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
