• Perform maintenance and repair work involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot facility and equipment issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
• Respond promptly to service requests and repair needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Complete light renovation and improvement projects including the installation of doors, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building components.
• Assist with remodels, tenant improvements, and facility upgrades.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

• Build positive relationships with clients, property managers, vendors, and fellow team members.
• Communicate project updates and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and customer service.

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, Handyman, Service Technician, Construction Professional, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Travel between customer and project sites as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Regular exposure to construction and maintenance environments, including dust, noise, and active job sites.
