Full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)

A full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Elizabeth, CO. This contract role offers approximately 37.5 hours per week during the normal school year (NSY), serving a caseload of around 40 students across grades K‑8, with a primary focus on elementary students.

• Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and support for students in grades K through 8.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school policies.
• Participate in meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, when necessary.

• Valid certification or licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Experience working within school settings, particularly with elementary‑aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students efficiently.
• Knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and evidence‑based interventions.

Compensation for this position ranges from $49.73 to $62.73. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
