Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Social Worker License is required
- Previous experience in school-based social work preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support services to students within assigned caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to address student needs
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Engage in gathering caseload details and ongoing student evaluations
