Achieve is hiring experienced, compassionate leaders to help operate our social enterprise programs. Managers play a critical role in balancing day-to-day operations with mentoring, coaching, and supporting Achievers in a real-world work environment.
Brew & Bloom Coffee Shop (Year-Round Program)
These are permanent, year-round positions supporting Achieve’s new Brew & Bloom Coffee Shop program.
Little Engine Eatery (Summer Job Skills Program)
These positions support Achieve’s seasonal Summer Job Skills Program, operating the Little Engine Eatery gourmet food trailer, open mid-May through early August.

Achievers are paid interns who gain hands-on job and life skills through supported work in a real customer-service setting. With guidance from trained supervisors and mentors, Achievers build confidence, communication skills, teamwork, and workplace readiness.

Peer Mentors support Achievers during Achieve’s Summer Job Skills Program by modeling positive workplace behavior, offering encouragement, and assisting with daily tasks under the supervision of program staff. As a peer mentor, you will assist with outreach, recruitment, and mentoring activities, gaining valuable experience working with neurodivergent peers and strengthening your leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
This is a paid summer position ideal for teens who enjoy mentoring, teamwork, and inclusive community work. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to build leadership and mentoring skills.
