Marshfield Clinic - 1901 Ptarmigan Trail - Responsibilities:
Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner;
Assist residents with outerwear or shoes as needed and maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere;
Assist residents in meeting their social needs through interaction with staff, family, and other residents;
Document care provided to residents and report residents' conditions to appropriate staff;
Respond promptly to residents' call lights and maintain residents' privacy and confidentiality
