Case Manager

As a Benefits Case Manager within the Economic Security Unit, you will support clients through all phases of benefits eligibility, offer referrals, and enhance client-centered services using a complex computer system. You will ensure delivery of county programs—SNAP, Medical Assistance, Adult Financial, Colorado Works—and respond to local emergencies by providing access and functional needs assistance before, during, and after disasters. Professional communication with state, federal, community, and business partners is essential to link clients to services.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of clerical experience.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Knowledge of the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) beneficial but not required.

Hybrid flexible work schedule may become available after six months and completion of training.
