• Licensed Social Worker with active credentials for school settings
• Prior experience providing social work services in K-12 schools preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Demonstrated ability to assess student needs and develop effective intervention strategies
• Familiarity with case management, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students facing socio-emotional or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
• Facilitate interventions and referrals to appropriate community resources when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, interventions, and student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
