Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Peer Specialist to support clients facing homelessness and substance use challenges. Leveraging lived experience, you will provide advocacy, counseling, and coordinated services to help clients reach personal goals.
Responsibilities include mentoring, facilitating recovery activities, coordinating healthcare and housing services, and maintaining accurate records in the EHR. A driver’s license and bilingual abilities are preferred.
