Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Peer Specialist with lived experience to support clients facing homelessness and behavioral health challenges. You will mentor, advocate for recovery, and help clients access housing, health care, and integrated services.
You will coordinate appointments, transport when needed, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners. Completion of accredited Peer Specialist training and BLS within 30 days are preferred;
